  • 1 lb. lean ground chuck
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cans (8 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
