- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. dried bread crumbs
- oil for deep frying
Directions

1Cut Mozzarella into 1 1/2-inch cubes.

2Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

3Put eggs into a second dish and bread crumbs into a third.

4Coat cheese cubes lightly in seasoned flour.

5Dip into eggs, then into bread crumbs to coat evenly.

6Repeat once more with eggs and bread crumbs.

7Preheat oil to 350°.

8Fry cubes about 2 minutes.

9Using a slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel to drain.

10Serve hot.
