- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 lb. ziti macaroni
- 1 stick butter (margarine)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage head in half and remove core.

2Cut cabbage halves into pieces and parboil until about half done.

3Add macaroni and cook to desired tenderness.

4Drain and add butter, cheeses (I use half of each kind) and salt and pepper to taste.

5Mix well and serve.
