  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) chocolate Hershey bar, grated
