Ingredients

  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 of 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. oil (your choice)
  • 2 c. warm water

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and yeast together.

    Beat in water, Wesson oil and egg.

    Put in bowl in refrigerator until ready to use.

    Put in greased muffin pans and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.

    Makes about 2 dozen.

    (Will keep about 3 days in refrigerator.)
