- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 of 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. oil (your choice)
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and yeast together.

2Beat in water, Wesson oil and egg.

3Put in bowl in refrigerator until ready to use.

4Put in greased muffin pans and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.

5Makes about 2 dozen.

6(Will keep about 3 days in refrigerator.)
