  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tomato beef heart
  • 1 tomato pineapple
  • 3 tomatoes small green zebra
  • 1/2 cup basil chopped
  • marjoram
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

    Cut the onion into thin slices and separate the rings.

    Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Arrange the tomato slices on a large plate by alternating the colours.

    Sprinkle with the red onion rings, chopped basil and marjoram leaves from a few sprigs.

    Drizzle a little bit of olive oil and season with salt and black ground pepper.
