  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 pt. muscadine, parboiled, seeded and husked

Directions

    Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, flour, butter, milk and muscadines. Cook over low heat until it thickens; stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Pour in pie shell and bake at 350° until done.
