- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 lb sausage, turkey is great
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 (12 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, water and flour and let stand.

2Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.

3Add cornmeal mixture.

4Simmer 15 minutes.

5Turn into 3 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan.

6Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

7Fry slices of mush sausage in a buttered frying pan on each side until golden and crispy on the outside.
