- 1 lb. catfish fillets
- Cajun seasoning
- paprika
Directions

1Pour mustard into a large mixing bowl.

2Add fish; turn to coat.

3Remove fish from mustard and place on a pan.

4Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and paprika.

5Spray grill with nonstick vegetable spray.

6Place fish directly on grill or use fish basket.

8Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, approximately 12 minutes.
