  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • pinch of cayenne
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • olive oil
  • 2 pt. quartered mushrooms

Directions
