  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. long grain raw rice
  • 2 cans chicken broth (Campbell's, 10 oz. size)

Directions

    Saute chopped onion with margarine; add mushrooms.

    Put into 13 x 9-inch pan with raw rice and chicken broth.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, covered.
