Mushroom Appetizer Dip

  • 1 pound Mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream and plain Greek Yogurt, each
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, (pinch of Black Pepper & salt)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375

    Melt butter and saute mushrooms & chopped onion until tender.

    Sprinkle in flour, reduce heat to low, cook 5 minutes.

    Mix in sour cream, 1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese, lemon juice, salt & two peppers.

    Transfer to small casserole dish, top with remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese.

    Bake for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
