- 1 pound Mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1.5 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream and plain Greek Yogurt, each
- 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, (pinch of Black Pepper & salt)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375

2Melt butter and saute mushrooms & chopped onion until tender.

3Sprinkle in flour, reduce heat to low, cook 5 minutes.

4Mix in sour cream, 1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese, lemon juice, salt & two peppers.

5Transfer to small casserole dish, top with remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese.

6Bake for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
