  • 1/2 lb. Old English cheese, cubed
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2/3 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk, measured in soup can
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Alternate toast, cheese and mushrooms in baking dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Pour this mixture over toast, cheese and mushrooms.

    Cover and bake one hour at 350°.
