- 6 small chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk (soup can for measuring)
Directions

1Wash and debone chicken breasts.

2Salt and pepper breast.

3Dip in milk and roll in crushed corn flakes.

4Arrange in foil-lined large baking dish.

5Melt butter and pour over chicken.

6Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

7Mix mushroom soup and 1 can of milk. (Pour milk into soup can to measure.)

8Place back in oven for an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly.

9Serves 3 to 4.
