- 1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can French onion soup
Directions

1Saute rice in butter for 3 minutes.

2Add soup plus one can of water and mushrooms with water.

3Bring to boil.

4Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
