- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) ham steak
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- dash of pepper
Directions

1In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

2Add ham and brown on both sides.

3Remove to serving platter; cover and keep warm.

4In same skillet, add all the remaining ingredients.

5Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture bubbles and thickens.

6Remove skillet from heat and spoon glaze over ham.

7Serves 2; approximately 405 calories per serving.
