Ingredients

  • 2 qt. cucumbers, cut into pieces or chunks
  • 2 qt. white pearl onions (about 2 lb. peeled, can be done in boiling water)
  • 2 heads fresh caulifower, cut into small pieces
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 to 5 carrots, cut into small pieces

Directions

    Soak overnight in 1 cup salt.

    Add to enough water to cover vegetables.

    Bring to boil in solution.

    While hot, drain well. Simmer together pickles and sauce, just until hot.

    Put into jars and seal.
