- 2 qt. cucumbers, cut into pieces or chunks
- 2 qt. white pearl onions (about 2 lb. peeled, can be done in boiling water)
- 2 heads fresh caulifower, cut into small pieces
- 3 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 4 to 5 carrots, cut into small pieces
Directions

1Soak overnight in 1 cup salt.

2Add to enough water to cover vegetables.

3Bring to boil in solution.

4While hot, drain well. Simmer together pickles and sauce, just until hot.

5Put into jars and seal.
