  • 1 handful nuts chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 orange
  • 7/8 cup cream 1 pack
  • 2 3/8 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Grease a cake mold with margarine and sprinkle it with flour. Set it aside.

    Sprinkle the chopped nuts with flour, stir them, and set them aside.

    In a bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, and orange zest. Beat with the electric mixer until it becomes creamy.

    Add the cream and orange juice and beat again.

    Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing them in at a lower speed.

    Place the dough in the cake mold and bake for about 40 to 50 minutes. Check the progress with a toothpick.
