- 1 handful nuts chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 orange
- 7/8 cup cream 1 pack
- 2 3/8 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Grease a cake mold with margarine and sprinkle it with flour. Set it aside.

3Sprinkle the chopped nuts with flour, stir them, and set them aside.

4In a bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, and orange zest. Beat with the electric mixer until it becomes creamy.

5Add the cream and orange juice and beat again.

6Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing them in at a lower speed.

7Place the dough in the cake mold and bake for about 40 to 50 minutes. Check the progress with a toothpick.

8Remove when finished and take it out of the mold.
