  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • margarine
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Saute onion in saucepan until soft.

    Mix in flour and salt.

    Add milk, mustard and lemon juice.

    Stir until it boils and thickens.

    Serve with corned beef, ham or any other meat.
