  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 8 oz. fruit mix (candied)
  • 4 oz. candied cherries
  • 10 oz. fig preserves
  • 1 pt. watermelon rind preserves
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 eggs, well beaten
  • 4 c. flour
  • 8 oz. candied citron
  • 4 oz. candied pineapple
  • 5 oz. grape jam
  • 5 oz. peach preserves
  • 2 or 3 qt. nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
