- 2 sticks Butter
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Milk
Directions

1Preheat the oven 350°F.

2First, add the butter in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add the sugar and the almond extract, mix with the butter.

3Alternate adding the all-purpose flour and the milk, mixing well.

4Bake for 30 to 40 minutes if making this in a cake pan; if making mini cupcakes, bake for 13 to 15 minutes.

5Frost them with your favorite frosting. I used Pillsbury chocolate frosting, but the lemon one is also very scrumptious.
