  • 14-13 cup tahini
  • 12 lemon, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea liquid
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • ground coriander, to taste (optional)

Directions
