- 16 oz. cream cheese light or regular, softened
- 6 oz. Blue cheese
- 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. stuffed green olives, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. parsley
Directions

1Soften cheeses at room temperature.

2Combine with onion until well blended.

3Add Worcestershire sauce.

4Line a 1 1/2-pint bowl with plastic wrap.

5Turn cheese into bowl.

6Pack down firmly and refrigerate one hour.

7Turn cheese on to serving tray.

8Remove plastic and sprinkle with pecans.

9Decorate with parsley and serve with crackers.
