  • shortening
  • toasted corn tortillas
  • jalapeno peppers
  • American cheese

Directions

    Fry beans in small amount of shortening; toast or fry tortillas.

    Spread beans on tortillas.

    Place on baking pan.

    Add peppers and top with cheese.

    Bake in 425° to 450° oven for about 3 minutes.
