  • 1 13 cups whole wheat flour
  • 12 cup Splenda granular
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 13 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 bananas
  • 14 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup oatmeal

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spay mini muffin tins or use foil liners.

    Blend dry ingredients and set aside.

    Add oil, milk, and vanilla to mashed bananas.
