  • 2 doz. skinned tomatoes
  • 4 green peppers
  • 6 onions
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 4 peaches
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cloves

    Chop all ingredients.

    Mix in kettle and slow boil until thick.

    You can eat right away, but tastes better after a week or better.

    While at a slow boil, can and jar.
