  • 1 Leek
  • 1.5lbs chicken breasts
  • 3 Eggs
  • Spices:
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ketjap
  • 1 tsp Shrimp paste
  • 2 tsp Sambal
  • 1 tsp Lemongrass
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Palm sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Optional:
  • Fried eggs
  • Krupuk
