Neapolitan Pound Cake

- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. powdered Quik chocolate mix
- 3/4 c. powdered Quik strawberry mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Grease and flour a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.

2Beat the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.

3Add dry cake mix and milk; beat until well blended.

4Divide mix into 3 bowls.

5Add dry chocolate mix into one; add dry strawberry mix into second.

6Add vanilla to the third.

7Pour into pan in layers (do not mix).

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

9Test with toothpick to see if done.

10Cool upright in pan for 15 minutes, then remove and cool completely. May be glazed, sprinkled with powdered sugar or eaten plain.
