  • 3 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup Nescafe Ice java
  • 2 T. pure vanilla
  • Fancy After Dinner Liquors
  • Freshly Whipped Cream
  • Grated Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • Grated Candied Orange Peel
  • Broken Peppermint pieces

    Prepare coffee early and set aside until cool. Whip cream, cover and chill. When ready to prepare combine coffee, milk, Ice Java, and vanilla. Mix well in blender. Pour over ice. Top with whip cream, sprinkle lightly with grated orange peel, chocolate, and peppermint pieces then drizzle over a spiced or flavored after dinner liquor. For extra fun set up an assortment of after dinner and speciality liquors in jiggers and invite each person to choose their favorite to drizzle over the drink.
