  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Scald milk, salt and sugar until it beads.

    Pour over eggs; add vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 325° until firm and knife comes out clean.
