  • 2 c. milk *
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c. any kind of fruit

Directions

    Beat egg yolks, sugar, flour and butter.

    Cream real well. Gradually fold in 2 cups milk.

    Fold in egg whites that had been beaten until stiff.

    Put fruit in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Pour custard on top.

    Bake at 425°.

    If you see it gets too brown, reduce heat to 375°

    until baked.
