- 2 c. milk *
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. any kind of fruit
Directions

1Beat egg yolks, sugar, flour and butter.

2Cream real well. Gradually fold in 2 cups milk.

3Fold in egg whites that had been beaten until stiff.

4Put fruit in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Pour custard on top.

5Bake at 425°.

6If you see it gets too brown, reduce heat to 375°
-
7until baked.
