- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1In saucepan, mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and water.

2Cook until thick and clear.

3Remove from burner and cool.

4Beat egg whites until frothy.

5Continue beating while slowly pouring cooled mixture into egg whites.

6Spread over cooled pie filling, sealing edges.

7Bake in preheated 450° oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
