- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend cornstarch with cold water.

2Add hot water.

3Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened.

4Cool.

5Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Gradually add cooled cornstarch mixture.

6Beat at high speed of mixer for one minute.

7Spread on cooled pie.

8Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
