- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Cut shortening into flour and salt.

2Combine egg, water and vinegar all at once.

3Blend with a spoon just until flour is all moistened.

4This is an easy crust to handle and can be re-rolled without toughening.

5Keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
