  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/3 c. cold water

Directions

    Mix flour and salt.

    Cut in Crisco until mixture is about the size of a pea.

    Beat egg, vinegar and water.

    Add to flour mixture.

    Divide into 2 parts and roll on floured board.
