- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Cut shortening into flour and salt until mixture resembles fine crumbs.

2Combine egg, vinegar and water.

3Sprinkle over dry ingredients.

4Mix with a fork.

5Let stand 10 minutes.

6Roll out. This will make 2 double pie crusts.
