- steak seasoning
- 1/4 cup parsley Chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- extra-virgin olive oil
Directions

1Pre-Heat grill.

2Season steak with any of your favorite steak seasonings.

3Grill steaks according to how you like it i.e. rare, medium rare, well done. We usually grill our steaks 7 minutes a side.

4In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Add extra virgin olive oil just enough to cover the garlic and parsley mix. Add more olive oil if the mixture is dry. It should not be like a paste, but rather thin like a sauce.

5To serve, spread the garlic and parsley mixture on top of the steaks.
