- 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- butter
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Boil and drain potatoes.

2Whip hot potatoes, adding cream cheese and sour cream.

3Whip until fluffy and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Place into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Dot generously with butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover with foil and refrigerate.

5Potatoes could be frozen at this stage and thawed before baking. Bake, covered with foil, 15 minutes at 325°.

6Uncover and continue baking for 20 minutes more.
