- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1Let cheese get to room temperature.

2Grate cheese and combine with other ingredients (use hands, well washed).

3Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness between waxed paper and cut with a shaped cutter or into thin strips with a sharp knife.

4Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

5Stores well in freezer or coffee can with plastic lid or large tin.
