- 1 lb. baking dates
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In saucepan, cook dates, margarine and honey until thick and blended.

2Remove from heat and add vanilla, oats, coconut and walnuts.

3Press mixture into an 8 x 8-inch greased pan.

4Let cool, then store in airtight storage container.
