- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Dry Oatmeal (I Use Quick Oats)
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Dried Blue Berries
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 23 cups Flaked Coconut
- 1/2 cups Flax Seed
- 1/2 cups Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions

1Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.

2Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like.

4Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

5Some folks use chocolate chips, but I use dried fruit as my husband is diabetic.

6Makes about 20-25 balls.
