  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

    Beat all ingredients until smooth.

    Pour into greased 8 or 9-inch glass pie plate.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325° or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate.
