Ingredients
- 1 pkg. regular active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 111~)
- 1/2 c. warm apple juice (105~ to 111~)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 c. rye flour
- 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.

2Stir in remaining ingredients, except flours.

3Stir in rye flour.

4Stir in enough all-purpose flour, 1 cup at a time, to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; gently roll in flour to coat.

5Knead about 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

6(Dough will be soft.)

7Spray a large bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Place dough in bowl and turn greased side up.

8Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 1/4 hours or until double.
