  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped prunes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Combine dates, raisins, prunes and water; boil together 5 minutes, then add stick of oleo and set aside to cool.

    Add sifted dry ingredients and eggs (beaten) to fruit mixture.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan 25 minutes at 350° heat.
