- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 3/4 c. Rice Chex
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 16 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. unpared, chopped apples
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and Chex crumbs.

3Remove 1 1/2 cups.

4Set aside. Press remaining mixture firmly into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 5 minutes.

5Meanwhile, combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.

6In another bowl, combine vanilla yogurt and vanilla. Add to flour mixture.

7Mix well.

8Stir in apples.

9Pour over crust. Bake 10 minutes.

10Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

11Reduce oven to 350°.

12Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
