- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. fine egg noodles (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Bring chicken broth and water to boil; gradually add noodles, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat to low; stir 3 minutes longer.
