- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Beat eggs; add flour and salt with water and work in well until very thick dough is formed.

2May need to add extra flour for desired dough.

3Roll on heavily floured board until thin dough. Allow to dry approximately 6 to 7 hours, turning one time to dry opposite side.

4Add a little more flour to prevent sticking, if necessary.

5When dry, cut in very small strips.

6Coo 20 to 30 minutes in beef or chicken broth.
