  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 oz. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 apples, peeled and sliced

Directions

    Heat butter and milk to boil, then cool until warm. Beat eggs and sugar well; add to warmed milk and butter. Add flour and baking powder to mixture. Pour mixture into a 9-inch round spring pan and arrange apples on top. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
