  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 14 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 14 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon crushed pine nuts (optional)

Directions

    Whisk eggs and milk, add other ingredients except meat.

    Add meat, mix well w/hands--size how you want.
