  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3-1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 16 ounces, weight Bag Bite Sized Snickers Bars
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

Directions

    Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Slowly add vanilla and eggs.

    In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to butter/sugar mixture.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Pop dough in the freezer for 30 minutes (or refrigerate 2-3 hours) or until dough is sufficiently chilled. Unwrap bite-sized Snickers. Using about 2 tablespoons of dough, wrap the Snicker in a ball, rolling between palms to coat.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until almost lightly browned.

    Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
